Windsor’s riverfront neighborhoods have a lot to offer. The Town received a $70K grant to study ways to improve connectivity for walkers, bikers, and traffic in the area between the railroad tracks and the river. We are filming a series of short (15 min) episodes that take viewers through the projects that have been completed, are underway, and are on the drawing board. New episodes are filmed weekly.
